Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. The form validates these fields and sends a valid enquiry to the center’s public contact email, info@cmc-bannu.com. The application does not save contact enquiries to its articles or patient-record tables. Email providers and mail systems involved in delivery may process or retain the message under their own policies.
If form validation fails, the application may temporarily retain submitted field values in the session so the form can be corrected. Do not include information you would not want handled through ordinary email.
Technical information and essential sessions
The website uses its application framework’s session and CSRF protections to support secure forms and application behavior. Session cookies may be used for these essential functions. The public pages do not currently include advertising code or analytics tracking code.
Like most hosted websites, the server and hosting provider may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. Contact-form delivery errors may be recorded in application logs by exception type; message content is not included in that error log entry.
External services and links
Some pages load styling or interface resources from third-party content delivery networks, including Bootstrap and Font Awesome providers. Choosing the map link opens Google Maps. The live consultation page uses Agora RTC; if you choose to use it and grant browser permissions, your device’s camera and microphone may be used to provide the consultation. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.
We do not control external websites or services. Review their privacy policies before using them.
Health information and patient records
This public website is not a patient portal. Do not use its general contact form to send diagnoses, test results, prescriptions, patient identifiers, or urgent medical requests. Public health articles provide general education only and do not replace individual clinical advice.
Advertising
This website does not currently display advertising or contain advertising network code. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to explain relevant data practices before that change.
Data retention and your choices
Contact messages are delivered to the public contact email. The website does not control how long recipient mailboxes, mail providers, or other external services retain their copies. For questions about a message you sent or a privacy request, contact the center using the address below and include only the information needed to identify your enquiry.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended to provide information to families and the public. Please do not submit a child’s personal or medical details through the general contact form.
